MADDEN picks Boys to go to Super Bowl

Dan Patrick today asked John Madden what are signs of the teams going to the SB, beyond playoffs. Madden said: Defense. He used Dallas as an example and said the way he saw the Cowboys defense play the preseason, he would expect them to peak into the playoffs.

Madden also thought TO is being unfairly evaluated for his hamstring. He said it is not a visible injury that prevents you from doing things or running. You cannot be at full speed or take cuts. He asked why Smith and Ward with the same injury are being judged differently!
