Terry Glenn on Sirius NFL Radio
Recap by Endgame:
I was in the car when I heard the interview, so I couldn't transcribe it. It was nothing Earth-shattering, but I haven't heard too many interviews with him. Here are the highlights:
-Glenn says he's having fun this season, since he's not generally getting doubleteamed. He says it's more of a "fair" playing field for him.
-He says TO isn't 100% healthy, but is probably in the 90s.
-He said he's only worried about what TO does on the field.
-He said he's been talking to TO, telling him not to treat this as more than "any other game". He said he's worried when guys build one game up as being more important, that they'll get too frustrated if they drop a couple of balls, or if balls aren't being thrown their way, or if they're essentially being used as a decoy.
-He was asked about Bledsoe hanging onto the ball too long, but completely dodged the question. That was rather telling to me.
-When asked if the team had found a balance in the Titans game (which is a game that I, personally, don't count as any indication of anything) he said this team has enough weapons that they'll find a way to move the ball one way or another.
Like I said ... nothing Earth-shattering but I figured I'd share. I did find it interesting that Glenn said he's trying to "counsel" TO a little .. that's good news. TO needs a calming influence like the one that Jerry Rice provided early in TO's career.
