Tony Romo is the biggest concern for Jerry Jones

The continued progression of Tony Romo is the biggest concern for Jerry Jones as he reaches the home stretch in his head-coaching search.

At first glance, this would seem to make Norv Turner the favorite, but why then did Dallas hire Jason Garrett? But Jones says Romo's progress takes precedence over what type of defense the new coach installs and any other factors. Jones could make his decision as soon as Tuesday.
