Based on drafting to upgraded depth at key positions, below are 3 mock drafts with one trade scenario of moving down (the confidence levels are based on the players being available at that spot):
Scenario 1 is a 40 % confidence level rounds 1 and 2 and 50-70% rounds 3-7.

2. Anthony Blaylock 6-3-325 OL Texas (s.5.10)
3. Lamar Woodley 6-2-268 LB/DE Michigan (s.4.75)
4. Jonathan Wade 5-11-193 CB Tennessee (s.4.36)
5. Zak DeOssie 6-5-255 LB Brown (s.4.56)
6. Travarous Bain 6-0-180 CB Hampton (s.4.4)
6. Deron Anderson 5-11-246 Connecticut (s. 4.7)
7. Walter Thomas 6-5-370 NT/DT NW Miss. Jr. College (s.5.15)
7. Greg Peterson 6-5-282 DE/LB NC Central (s. 4.75)
7. Jeff Samardzija 6-5-215 WR Notre Dame (s.4.50)
Scenario 2 is 50%-70% confidence level rounds 1-3 and 70-90% rounds 4-7. Dallas trades its 1 for a 1 next year, 2 and 5 and then trade 5,5,6,6, and 7 for 3 and 4.
2. Brian Leonard 6-1-235 FB Rutgers (s.4.5)
2. Anthony Spencer 6-3-261 LB/DE Purdue (s.4.65)
3. Tank Tyler 6-2-310 NT/DT NC ST. (s.5.25)
3. Jermon Bushrod 6-5-318 OL Towson (s.5.00)
4. Fred Bennett 6-1-195 CB S. Carolina (s. 4.46)
4. Mike Walker 6-2-207 WR Central Florida (s.4.35)
7. Chinedum Ndukwe 6-2-210 DB Notre Dame (s. 4.49)
7. Doug Datish 6-4-305 C/G Ohio St. (s.5.15)
Scenario 3 is a 50% confidence level round 1, 40% round 2, 60-70% round 3, and 50-80% round 4-7.
1. Jamaal Anderson 6-5-285 DE/LB Arkansas (s.4.8)
2. Brian Leonard 6-1-235 FB Rutgers (s.4.5)
3. Tank Tyler 6-2-310 NT/DT NC ST. (s.5.25)
4. Jermon Bushrod 6-5-318 OL Towson (s.5.00)

6. Travarous Bain 6-0-180 CB Hampton (s.4.4)
7. Daren Stone 6-3-215 DB Maine (s.4.55)
7. Renardo Foster 6-6-238 OL Louisville (s.5.25)
7. Doug Datish 6-4-305 C/G Ohio St. (s.5.15)
Based on the Cowboys needs and personnel the only players that the Boys should trade up to pick are in the top ten picks. The value to get these players maybe to high. The 5th round could be a TE; Scott Chandler or Mike
Spaeth. The QB depth/development can be handled by high priority non-drafted FA: Lester Ricard, Tyler Thigpen or a 7th round/FA pick up like Isaiah Stanback that can play QB/RB/WR (remember Romo was a high priority non-drafted FA).
You can tell by some of the repeat picks in each scenario that there are some players well liked in this draft. This is a draft where you stay at 22 and hope a player slides and if not, you definitely trade down for more picks. The only trade up scenario involves moving a current roster player/starter and picks. Since we are a playoff caliber team with Super Bowl hopes, you do not trade your starters to move up for any player in this draft except for Jamarcus Russell or Calvin Johnson. These are two positions we do not need a starter (Romo, Glenn, and TO) but both players would be upgrades (Romo/Glenn/TO fans calm down). Russell and Johnson are franchise caliber players.
The draft is like the stock market. Its your best guess based on past performance with the disclaimer; "...past performance may or may not be an indication of future performance and success."
