DMN Blog: Big plays coming vs. Cowboys
So says superstar columnist Tim Cowlishaw, who answered several Cowboys questions during today's chat. A sample:
jsburnett: Have you heard any inside information concerning the strategy to protect Anthony Spencer from being steamrolled? We all know that the Giants are going to run at him all day.
Tim Cowlishaw: I don't know that the Giants have the O-line and we don't know enough about their big back Brandon Jacobs as an every-down player to say they are just going to run at Spencer. You want to run at Ware some too, by the way. I think the Giants' strategy will be to protect Eli and throw the ball downfield against the Cowboys corners and safeties. And I see some big plays coming.
