Jason Garrett is maybe the brightest guy I ever met.

He knew things about me I didn't know about myself. (When interviewing Garrett for QB coach with Dolphins.)

I'll never forget, Troy Aikman called my cell phone and said, "Listen, I don’t call for too many people, for too many reasons, but I just want to let you know, the best decision you'll ever make is hiring Jason as your quarterback coach".

After working with him for a year, there's no question in my mind, he's the reason or a big reason why Dallas is rolling on offense.

Unfortunately for you guys, he's going to be a head coach pretty soon.
