Cowboys signed G/T Joe Berger, a restricted free agent, to a one-year, $927,000 contract

With Friday being the deadline for RFAs to sign offer sheets, there are none in the league we know of that are likely to be pursued. Berger appeared in his first NFL game last year. He was a sixth-round pick by Carolina in 2005.
