The mystery is over.
And the answer has left us feeling unsatisfied.
Per the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, Cowboys offensive coordinator Jason Garrett is the mystery candidate for the Rams’ head-coaching job.
Our question? Why in the hell is it a mystery?
The Post-Dispatch also reports that Garrett will interview on Wednesday, and that he’s one of five finalists for the job.
The others are Rams interim head coach Jim Haslett, Vikings defensive coordinator Leslie Frazier, Steve Spagnuolo of the New York Giants, and Ravens defensive coordinator Rex Ryan.
Haslett was interviewed last week, Ryan interviewed on Sunday, Frazier’s interview will occur on Tuesday, and Spagnuolo will talk to the Rams on Thursday.
