Here's the Cowboys' injury report and what it means:

Left tackle Flozell Adams (shoulder), running back Marion Barber (thigh) and linebacker Jason Williams (ankle) had full participation in practice on Thursday.

Center Andre Gurode (knee) was limited in practice, but said he expects to play Sunday at Kansas City.

Wide receiver Roy Williams (ribs) attended practice but didn't do anything. His status is uncertain, though Williams said he wants to play.

Running back Felix Jones (knee) also attended practice, but just rehabbed. He will not play at Kansas City as the team trainers try to get him ready for the Atlanta game on Oct. 25.

Cornerback Michael Hamlin (wrist), linebacker Curtis Johnson (hamstring) and safety Gerald Sensabaugh (thumb) did not practice. Sensabaugh could play on Sunday, but it appears doubtful at this stage. If he sits, Patrick Watkins takes his place in the lineup.

Coach Wade Phillips said receiver Roy E. Williams doesn't need to practice this week to play Sunday against the Kansas City Chiefs.

"If he's healthy enough to play, he'll play," Phillips said.

Williams hasn't practiced this week after suffering cartilage damage to three ribs in last week's loss to the Denver Broncos. He said Wednesday that he's planning to play in Kansas City and would ultimately make the decision.

"It's going to be my call," Williams said. "It's my body, nobody else's. I've got to be smart about this thing. If I can go, I'm going to go."

In other injury news, center Andre Gurode (knee) had limited participation in his return to practice.
